How do you test a propane system on an rv?

Can anyone explain how to test a propane system on an rv? What components do you check to know if the propane is flowing?
I know I have propane. I can’t get any smell or light anything. There is a check valve at the tank that has safety features. I guess the main question should be is how do you check this to see if it is working. thx

you need a manometer.propane system is not for the average diy.isnt your familys saftey worth a couple of bucks.take it to local rv shop.could be a bad regulator or bad tank valve.(by the way im an rv tech)
